Description
Southern Alberta, Canada
We are located in Southern, Alberta. With over 10 wildlife management units to hunt out of we are able to base out of multiple cities. Calgary and Lethbridge are the 2 most commonly used airports.
Calgary- is situated at the confluence of the Bow River and the Elbow River in the south of the province, in an area of foothills and prairie, approximately 80 km east of the front ranges of the Canadian Rockies. Calgary is a booming city with a very extensive nightlife with lots to do along with some world class waterfowling all located within 30 minutes of the city.
Hunt here September 8- December 23
Brooks- Located just 2 hours east of Calgary Brooks is home to a waterfowl mecca. Lots of lakes, potholes and grain fields. Brooks is home to a great waterfowling experience. Hunters that like to avoid the big city but still have a great waterfowl hunting trip we recommend thinking about planning a trip at this location.
Hunt here September 8th to November 15th
Lethbridge- The forth largest city in Alberta, the last stop for alot of migrating waterfowl out of the province. Surrounded by fast flowing rivers, corn fields and feed lots. This southern area we hunt is home to black skies late in our season. If you like shooting late season Ducks and geese and don't mind a little cold weather this is the stop for you!
Hunt here November 15th to December 22nd
What to Expect
First thing in the morning your guide will pick you up, then head off to your shoot always within a 30 minute drive of your hotel, we typically leave early morning (before sunrise) after what is hopefully an early limit goose shoot return for bite to eat and possibly a quick mid day nap. Then head out early afternoon for a if all goes well lights out duck shoot to hopefully get things packed up before dark and back for a nice dinner to chat about a great day and another to come the next
We offer 1-3 day hunts however do not take any bookings besides 3 day group hunts until early July every year. We recommend group sizes of 4-6 but it is suggested that if you are planning on visiting alone or are having trouble putting a large group together to email your inquiry and we could potentially adjoin you to some other in the same predicament.
Base Price is for groups of up to 6 hunters. Additional Hunters can be added for additional fee per hunter.

Our biggest key to success is spotting, if you are new to hunting in Alberta you will soon learn how big of a territory we have to hunt in and realize how spotting and taking the time to line up fields accordingly plays such a big role. Our outfit puts spotting as one of our top priorities and in turn contributes to our great success. We have a lot of great relationships with local farmers and always have a few spotters on the road chasing down new birds and lining up new fields to shoot.
