Michael and his family observed their first wild buffalo while visiting Yellowstone Park, MT in 2004. Taken by the incredible story of survival and amazed by the gigantic size and uniqueness of bison, so began a wild dream to one day help restore bison to the American west. In 2018 that dream became a reality when we purchased our foundation herd of 28 bred heifers and 2 trophy bulls. Its been a long and sometimes challenging journey, however by January 2023 we finally reached our goal of producing over 100 top quality head of bison. Today we offer and deliver delicious grass fed bison meat shipped to your door!
