2. 10-Day Stone Sheep Hunt
ABOUT STONE SHEEP HUNTS
As with all our quota hunts we have limited amounts of clients that we can take sheep hunting each year.
Our team of sheep guides are excellent, some terrific Rams have been and will be taken.
We think that you’ll agree, our photos speak for themselves!
Those hunters primarily looking for a stone sheep will hunt in August when the weather is better and we have more daylight hours.
We do 10-day Backpack hunts only and typically have 2 seasoned guides with you to make it a success.
We generally are booked out a couple years, so please inquire early to secure a sheep hunt with us.
We have MANY sheep references from over the years, please don’t hesitate to do your homework and see why we lead the way on extreme mountain sheep hunt in the industry.
Hunters can choose to fly to Whitehorse, Yukon and drive to our camp near Boya lake provincial park BC or drive directly from the States.
Upon booking we can supply you with all the details you will need to get with these travel logistics. We put a great deal of time and thought in choosing the camp which you will hunt, depending on what you are hunting and the seasonal distribution of those animals.
We want ALL hunters to do well and have the hunt of a lifetime, so depending on the hunt you may stay in cabins or wall tents, or on some early hunts quality mountain tents may be used as well.
If you have a special need please advise us BEFORE the hunt is booked.
You may hunt directly from the camp you fly into or your guide might choose to “spike out” to another camp that he feels offers better potential for success. For those who finish hunting early we have great fishing and game bird hunting at many of our camps, this is included at no charge with all of hunts. Also each hunter can harvest one wolf at no charge, just ask us to pick up the appropriate licenses for you. For those unfamiliar with the British Columbia hunting system, there is no draw for licenses. All of our hunts come with guaranteed tags for all the animals you wish to hunt.
TAKE NOTE - We do NOT sell “Canned” hunts. These are real mountain hunts with wild animals in huge country.
Success of harvest is the goal, but not Guaranteed.
If you cannot be happy with good food, hardworking guides, solid equipment and some of the most breath-taking scenery there is then this hunt may not be for you. We love what we do and feel we provide some of the best hunts in the industry year after year. However, things happen in remote place. Weather can play a factor, horses have a mind of their own, boats break down occasionally and sometimes its just not meant to be. This is a hunt NOT a kill. This happens everywhere and anywhere. Come with a good attitude and I promise we will do what we can to make it great.

4. 11-Day Fly-In Mtn. Goat / Moose / Bear Combo
1 on 1 Hunt Mtn. Goat/Moose Combo
We are proud to offer our “Specialty Hunt”, an 11-day mountain goat/moose/bear combination hunt in the remote mountainous area of our 1250 sq. mile guiding territory. We will hunt from one of our two fly-in back country lakes. These lakes are only accessible by floatplane so hunting pressure is next to nothing. This is a 1 on 1 hunt and is offered from Sept. 10 - Oct. 10 in the middle of the moose rut. No more than one goat/moose hunt a year takes place from each camp in our territory ensuring a high success rate. Our area backs into the Coastal Mountain Range of BC, known for the biggest goats in the world! Moose are hunted in the various meadows around the lakes and goats are hunted "spot and stalk" with the use of a spotting scope. Typical climbs range from 1000 to 3500 vertical feet. Climbs to the goats and back down to camp in a day can be expected, however, climbs with the idea of camping on the mountain for a night or 2 are a possibility dependent on the goat location. For the hunter looking for a remote wilderness goat/moose hunt with the opportunity at world-class 10 + inch goats and bulls to 55 inch, this is the hunt for you.
All fly-in locations are equipped with cabins with wood heat and transportation on the lake is by boat. We stop at various vantage points along the lake using spotting scopes to look at the goats. When a trophy goat is located and is in a favorable location, only then do we make our stalk up the mountain. Clients should be in excellent physical condition as mountain goat hunting requires hiking in rugged terrain, sometimes in uncomfortable conditions.
We have been hunting these areas for over 25 years, we have an excellent understanding of their habits, where they live, and how to get them! The goat hides at this time of year are quality, as the mountain nights are cold and their winter hair is beginning to grow to make for an exceptional trophy.

7. 1x1 Alaska Brown Bear Hunt
Hunt the World’s Largest Land Carnivore
Alaska Brown Bear hunting is the ultimate in North American adventure! Alaska Brown bear guide George now specializes exclusively, on big brown bear hunting along Alaska’s Gulf Coast region. The streams in these areas receive heavy salmon runs, including all five pacific salmon species. The bears in these areas are as large as bears get anywhere in the world. Watching the largest carnivores on earth, aggressively hunting and catching salmon, often just 30 or 40 yards away, will get your blood pumping, and will not be forgotten easily. Hunting the great bears along these streams is very exciting in deed. A giant coastal brown bear is the ultimate trophy.
During the last few years, the focus has been on the fall hunts when the brown bears are concentrated along the small salmon streams. Consequently, more bears are seen at very close range. In fact, George likes to hunt right on what he calls the “salmon holes”, where the salmon congregate, and the big brown bears are actively fishing everyday. These coastal wet areas are lush, and rich in a diverse variety of wildlife.
Come and experience the enchantment of these majestic mountains, this remote wilderness where hunters can test their mettle and prowess, and the camaraderie of these brown bear hunts. There are very few people that see this Alaska, and there are some things only a brown bear hunter can experience. Hunting brown bears is like no other hunt on earth, and here you have a chance of harvesting a bear as big as they get.
It would be difficult to find another Alaska brown bear guide or Alaska outfitter that is smaller volume or more dedicated. George contracts and guides very few clients each year. Don’t hesitate to pick up the phone and give George a jingle and just ask how many hunters he will guide this year …
you’ll probably be amazed how few. You’ll also be impressed with his past record of opportunity to harvest these giant brown bears. Then compare that number to what most brown bear guides usually do. If you’re interested in being guided in the field personally by a Master Guide with years and years of experience and reputation, call and see what the schedule is to see if George can guide you personally. George loves to just chat with hunters anyway, so call him and see how they did on the last hunt or what his outlook is for next year, or any other questions you might have…
