Visit to Damariscove Island Nature Preserve
Boothbay Harbor , ME
Your Experience
THIS IS A TEST LISTING DESIGNED TO SHOW THE TYPE OF LISTINGS POSSIBLE ON OUTSIDE360!
Currently a Boothbay Region Land Trust Preserve, Damariscove Island is on of Maine's earliest settlement sites, dating back four centuries when the first European fisherman arrived.
On the boat ride out to the island, a BRLT representative will share information on the island's history and natural features. In addition to the boat ride, there are five miles of hiking trails, great tide-pooling and picnicking spots, and a small rustic museum. What a fun day trip!
