FOOD
Tamaulipas is known for many things including is great agricultural bounty. This allows all of our meals to be made with the freshest ingredients farm-to- table. From meat and cheese, to fresh citrus and fish, we source locally to give you the most enjoyable culinary experience possible.
Menus change daily during your stay and also are dependent upon what is in season. Pig Roasts, Smoke House BBQ Feasts, and/or any other kind of special meal request can be arranges for an additional fee.
BEVERAGE
As far as beverage goes, we also take this very seriously. So serious, in fact, we actually produce our own label of Mezcal. Besides mezcal, we provide the options of all premium alcohols and wines as we believe that this is also a very important part of the entire outdoor experience.
LODGE ACCOMMODATIONS
We have 13 luxury suites with premium beds and linens that can accommodate groups up to 35. Each room is slightly different, but all have A/C, luxury bathroom amenities by local organic artisans, and breathtaking views of the property.
Our main Clubhouse also has A/C, TV Room with Satellite TV, Bar, Formal Dining Room, Game Room, and an amazing terrace. Our state-of-the-art kitchen allows us to also provide our guest with the best Food and Beverage service.
On the property, we have and upper level Dining Terrace that overlooks the lake and the property. Our newly renovated Pool Deck with Bar, Bathrooms, and Jacuzzi is an amazing place to relax between outings. Our Lower Dining Terrace is one of our favorites for nighttime activities as it has an amazing Bar, Bathroom installations, and large Patio with firepit.

Rules & Guidelines
Available Equipment: We have Favorite Rod Rods for fishing, Benelli 12 and 20 gauge and waiters for duck hunting. Rental of all of this is included however, you are welcome to bring your own gear. Please ensure you have all of the appropriate permits to travel with guns and ammo.
Average Temperature: November - February highs in the mid 70's and lows in the 50's. Rest of the year highs in the 90's and lows in the 70's.
Customary house tips: Range from 10-20% fo the price of your package per person. If you are hunting and fishing, we usually suggest that you give our bird boys or fishing guides $20 per day per guide.
