The Ranch

A historic property on 2,300 acres near Fredricksburg and Mason, TX. Originally known as the Kothmann Family ranch and settled in the 1870's. Family began work on the two-story brown stone house in 1875.

Today this historic ranch is headquarters of Haverlah Ranches Registered Angus Cattle operation as well as our hunting establishment offering world-class whitetail trophies.

The Country - Mason County

Our ranch originated as a headquarters for the historic Kothmann Herford cattle herd in the early 1900's. A century later the ranch remains an important symbol for the many Kothmann descendants in central Texas.
