Description
Whitetail Deer Hunting
WE OFFER THE BEST GUN & BOW HUNTING OF WORLD CLASS WHITETAIL DEER
Our lodge is a 5,000-square-foot plantation house that dates back to the 1800s. As you enter the front entrance you're greeted with a state-record deer mount, a mounted bobcat, and a fox. Antlers line the tables from hunts past, deer mounts are towering on the walls of wood and a wild turkey mount waits in the side 3 fold glass door carriage style entrance, that in the old days was the lady’s entrance.
This 19th-century plantation house has seven beautiful fireplaces and a large living room with satellite TV. The lodge features six bedrooms and four full baths. There is a downstairs bedroom, which you can reserve for a little more privacy or if you don't want to climb the stairs to the upstairs sleeping areas. Some couples prefer this option, the elderly, or females hunting with us.
* Our hunting prices include your meals and lodging. 3-day minimum required.

Between 10:00 and 11:00, depending on the time of year, you will be picked up and brought back to the lodge for lunch.
Then the afternoon hunt will begin between 2:00 and 4:00, again, depending on the time of year. You will hunt until dark. A guide will once again pick you up and return you to the lodge for the evening meal.
We offer more than three hundred permanent deer stands on over 12,000 acres of prime South Carolina-managed wildlife habitat. We have more than one hundred shooting houses, tree stands, and numerous ground blinds for those hunters who don't want to climb. Most are overlooking agricultural fields, food plots, and supplemental feeding stations. In addition to the shooting houses, there are over one hundred twelve-foot high tripods with shooting rails. These stands are located in cutovers and pine plantations. Others are strategically placed in hardwood swamps and runs. The balance of the stands are mostly moveable lean-up stands with shooting rails.
We follow the guidelines and recommendations of the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, The Quality Deer Management Association, and our own independent biologist.
