Description
3 Days
3x1 Guided
Our Cow Elk hunts take place on over 500,000 acres of contiguous ranches in unit 12 which is in West Central New Mexico. These ranches have very high densities of Elk and our cow hunts consistently produce 90-100% shooting opportunity for our hunters. We offer guaranteed “ranch only” landowner permits for hunters that want to book a cow elk hunt with us.
Our Cow hunts are perfect for novice hunters that are looking to get more big game hunting experience. They are also great hunts for seasoned hunters that want to fill the freezer with free range wild game meat. The average cow elk will yield 200-300 pounds of processed meat which can feed a family for almost an entire year.
Cow Elk hunts are an important part of our ranch management program. We use these hunts to keep our herd healthy and keep our cow to bull ratios in balance.
All meals and lodging included. These are comfortable lodge-based hunts and non-hunting guests are allowed for a daily rate.
Landowner Tag is included in Base Price.
