The Roost is a beautiful cabin located in Powderly, Texas. This cozy cabin offers a comfortable stay for up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The cabin has several amenities, including satellite TV, a fire pit, and a fishing dock. The Roost is a non-smoking property, and outdoor smokers are requested to use the outdoor fire pit to deposit cigarette/cigar butts.

The Ranch House - Sleeps up to 8

The Ranch House is a spacious and comfortable lodge for guests to enjoy located in Powderly, Texas. The Ranch House accommodates up to 8 guests and a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. The lodge features satellite TV, a fire pit with starter firewood, and access to 2 small ponds for fishing. Guests are allowed to bring pets and RV or tent camping is permitted with special requests. However, firearms, fireworks, and explosives are not allowed and ATV riding is only allowed with permission from the owner.

The Lodge - Sleeps up to 9

The Main Lodge is located in Paris, TX, and can accommodate up to 9 people. 2-night minimum is required with booking on the weekend. Satellite TV services are provided, but satellite movie rental is not included. Pets are allowed with a pet deposit, and smoking is not permitted inside the lodge. Guests can fish in the 3-acre pond for catch-and-release for catfish and bass. Wildlife encounters may occur due to the lodge's location, and guests are responsible for ensuring their safety while on the property, Firearms, fireworks, explosives, and ATV riding are not allowed on the property.

The base price is per night per group. There is a 2-Night minimum required to book.
