Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 7 days notice of cancellation prior to booked date. A 50% refund or credit is available with a 3-6 day cancelation previous to booked date. No refunds for cancelations within 72 hours of booked date.

Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
