One weekend in Louisiana with us and you'll see why our authentic cajun cuisine, true southern hospitality and incredible scenery have hunters begging to come back year after year. 

We hunt in the Atchafalaya Basin, one of the most significant and ecologically diverse wetland areas in the United States. Located in south-central Louisiana, it's approximately 1.4 million acres of swamps, marshes, bayous, and waterways. We set our lines for gators on around 100,000 acres that are closely scouted and monitored for the biggest gators you'll find in all of Louisiana. 

We offer hunters a true cajun experience from the moment they get here to the time they leave. Each hunt takes place from Friday - Saturday, and we can accommodate up to 4 hunters. Lodging and meals are included in the package. Lodging is around a 45 min drive from the hunt location. 

On Friday, we'll cruise through the backwaters and channels of the basin, setting our baited lines in areas known for prime gator activity, such as nesting sites or sunning spots. 

Saturday morning we'll get an early start, checking lines for that tug that tells us we've got a monster hooked. That's when the fun really begins! That afternoon after each person has harvested their gators, we'll head back to the dock for a hearty, home cooked cajun meal and to process the hides and meat. 

By Sunday you'll have harvested at least 2 gators and will be headed home with plenty of stories to share for years to come. 

September is the best time for gators, but we can hunt weekends all the way up until the first cold front moves in. 

Lodging is located in Marksville, Louisiana.

Hunters will have their own cabins or can opt for an RV spot instead. Cabins feature free Wi-Fi and come complete with kitchenette, dining and living space, one bedroom and a full bath. 

You can keep everything with your gator. Meat, skull, hide.
