Rules & Guidelines
Amenities can be added to any charter upon request. We know how hard it can be to get the drinks and snacks when you’re not from the area, so just ask! We will be happy to provide everything for you at a minimal charge.
Booking:
Please note there is a 50% nonrefundable deposit included with your payment when booking.
Failure to show up for a charter will result in forfeiture of your full deposit.
A 5 day cancellation notice prior to the day of the charter is required for a full refund.
A last minute cancellation for a reason like a death in the family or hospitalization requires written proof. Our Charters reserves the right to cancel a charter for weather, safety, or maintenance reasons that would possibly endanger our passengers or equipment. Safety is always first with us!
Things to Bring: In South Carolina, sunscreen is a must during all weather. Creams seem to work better than the spray type. Bring what you plan to eat and drink (no glass bottles). Keeping hydrated is so important in the heat. A hat with a bill and a pair of polarized sunglasses will cut the glare on the water and may help you catch more fish, wear non-marking shoes. If you plan on keeping fish be sure you bring a cooler to transport them home, please leave it in your vehicle until the charter is complete.
Allergies: If you or anyone in your party is (or suspects that they are) allergic to fish, shellfish or seafood; we ask that you identify this serious issue at the time of booking your reservation.By identifying this in a timely manner it gives the captain the opportunity to take steps to try and sterilize the boat before you board. Most importantly we ask you to bring your EpiPen with you, in the case of an emergency, and identify it to the captain when boarding the vessel.
