Description

Combo Black Bear and Waterfowl Hunt

We offer fully guided Saskatchewan, Canada Black Bear Hunting. We have a huge area for forest and farmland bear hunts; we have 20 forest bear tags on 100,000 acres and 20 farmland land bear tags on 1,000 square miles.

Our area has some of the most prime bear real estate in the province and country, and we have some of the best fishing around which we do every morning of the hunt. We’ve been seeingsows with four cubs quite frequently which is a sign of excellent habitat and breeding environment.

We have around 60 different bait stations that we bait religiously. We have trail cameras on all of our bait stations going 24 hours a day 7 days a week so we know what’s coming in, to get our clients their best chance at shooting a mature bear.

Every year we shoot a few of those once in a lifetime nears, what I like to call the 500 pound class, 22 inch skulls, We shoot a few coloured bears every year but only if they are mature so they spread the genes around. All of our baits stations are approximately a 20 yard shot, so you can use which every weapon suits you. We usually get set up in the stand around 4pm, after a morning of fishing and a hearty dinner.

Our area is also the first stop on the largest migration corridor in North America. Virtually all the land north of us is forest. The rich agricultural belt that spreads south begins here. The location is PERFECT for goose and duck hunting as we get the first shots at the flocks flying south so they decoy in great.

Each year the sky fills with migrating waterfowl eager to replenish their energy stores. The sheer number of ducks and geese is truly something to witness. We target Canada Goose in the mornings then ducks, snow geese, sandhill crane or grouse.

Our waterfowl guides have access to hundreds of square miles of the best goose hunting and duck hunting in Saskatchewan. Having grown up alongside the farmers in the area we have a healthy relationship with them and have access to thousands of acres of prime hunting. We treat our farmers and their fields with respect because without them our company ceases to exist. The most important component of a good waterfowl hunt is SPOTTING, which is why our intensive spotting program is the backbone of our success. We spend many hours spotting each day, drive countless miles every week, and put in many phone calls to ensure that you are hunting the best possible fields

Canada has updated their domestic travel rules/guidelines recently due to the ongoing pandemic and the rise of the Omicron variant of COVID-19. Residents of Saskatchewan and the surrounding areas will have to keep an eye on the changes, but even residents across the country should be keeping themselves up-to-date if they’re looking to travel domestically.

International Travel Guidelines

If you’re coming to visit from another county, please note that it is only allowed with discretionary travel by fully vaccinated travelers who meet entry requirements. Here is some information for entering Canada during this time. For American hunters coming into Saskatchewan, you’ll have to get a negative PCR test or a rapid test before entering the country.

You must take a molecular test within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time of your flight to Canada.

If you have a connecting flight:

  • The test must be taken within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time of your last direct flight to Canada.

  • Check for scheduling the test in your transit city
