Description
The perfect wellness overnight experience to get you see the best of the Ozarks. Our first activity will be the perfect setting for outdoor yoga in the beautiful rocky hills of the Ozarks. We'll start our day with a 4-mile hike, structured to help unwind and settle into the quiet rhythms of nature. The hike will lead us up through the mountain with caves and rock features throughout. Once we reach the breathtaking platform vista, we'll unroll our mats and move into a hour-long yoga practice structured to guide you into a deeper connection with your inner self and with nature. Lunch will be provided picnic style along the trail.
In the afternoon we will do another hike (2-4 mile options) where we will take time to stop for meditation along the way. We will have a scenic drive after our afternoon hike ends to your nightly accommodations (camping, glamping or cabin). Dinner will be outside around a campfire and of course finish with essential s’mores. We will end the night with some yoga nidra to help calm down for a great nights rest.
The morning will start with an optional morning yoga session to get our bodies ready for the day. We will then have a fantastic breakfast before heading out for a morning hike at one of Arkansas’ most amazing State Parks. Your group will have the choice of a 2, 4 or 6 mile hike depending on ability and desires. We will have lunch along the trail while we relax and take in the sites and sounds. On the way home we will have an optional stop at a brewery or winery for some tasting and social time before finishing our adventure.
