Western heritage has always been a part of Sandhills native Eric's blood. He and his family manage the lodge and guide operations. From the home-cooked meals after a day of scouting across the vast Black Hills terrain to the laid-back cowboy attitude, each experience can be tailored to the goal set forth by the guest – with a poke-and-prod of fun along the way. Eric’s humble and composed character is peaked with just the right amount of spunk to make each hunt a memorable and exciting adventure. With the traditions of the west, hunting, and wildlife conservation, Eric strives to make unique and memorable experiences for all guests. He is a long-range shooting enthusiast and puts on annual competitions and classes in the off-season. His knowledge and experience from the technical hardware to the technique will provide interest for veteran hunters as well as confidence for first-time shooters. He’s a cowboy through and through.
