When you really want to master the art of hunting, it's important to surround yourself with other dedicated hunters who care as much, if not more, about the sport than you do. We pride ourselves on carefully managing over 60 hunting leases to give you the best opportunity for a successful hunt. With all properties in close range of Des Moines, IA and spanning four counties, we can pair you with the perfect property or experience for deer, waterfowl (goose and duck) or turkey hunting.

It all started when... ...I was a little kid. I was always interested in retrievers and the desire they had to seek out their game. I always wanted to know what they were thinking and what drove the passion and desire in their minds to get into the cold water time after time to search for the bird that just went down. I figured this out one day in northern Iowa, while duck hunting with my pride and joy Jada, my Chesapeake Bay Retriever. As we were both standing in the water shaking from the cold, or the anticipation of shooting light, I got it. They enjoy hunting just as much as we do and that is why they do it every chance they get. The bond between a dog and its owner is something words can't describe. This is why I have dedicated my life to the Retriever. My best friend and hunting partner that never sleeps in, this is all for you.
